All4Bikes has been trained at STU (Sram Technical University) and is certified by Sram to service and repair Rock Shox suspensions.
When we service we inspect for any other damage that might need to be repaired. We will not proceed to repair before we contact you and have your authorization. Any delay contacting you for permission might delay the return of your item.
